Melancholijne Świetowanie

A new series of monoprints titled Melancholijne Swietowanie, which translates to melancholy celebration.

Situated somewhere between ritual and reflex, the works examine how emotional maintenance can become its own quiet performance—one that borders on the absurd in its repetition and intimacy. Between sincerity and irony, these prints reveal how the act of tending to sadness can both soften and aestheticize it. In this space, melancholy becomes not only endured, but curated—an almost celebratory gesture toward the complexities of inner life.
